An all-encompassing location with breath-taking westerly sea views across the heritage coast, the apartments are nestled on top of the cliffs with direct access onto the South West coast path. The Lanterns are situated directly above Outer Hope, and Mouthwell Sands and Harbour beach and pubs of Hope Cove are just a couple of minutes’ stroll southwards along the coastal footpath. Turning north, the beautiful beaches of Thurlestone and Bantham are a 1 and 3 mile walk along the coast, or a very short drive.

Hope Cove is a hidden gem, the village has a laid back and quiet feel, with two beautiful and easily accessible beaches which are perfect for surfing, paddle boarding and sailing. The mix of sandy and rocky terrain make the beaches ideal for families who want to build sandcastles and explore rock pools, and the harbour wall is a great spot for crabbing. There are lifeguards on duty during the summer months and the water quality has been designated as excellent, with seals often seen from the beaches. Hope Cove hosts ‘Hope Cove Week’ each August bank holiday, this a lively and fun family festival with lots going on for all the family to enjoy.

You enter this ground floor apartment into a large spacious hallway with plenty of storage space which leads through to the open plan kitchen and living space which offers plenty of natural light coming in through the patio sliding doors, and a beautiful westerly coastal view. From the living space, you can access a partitioned private patio area, and a communal grassy garden. 

This open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge creates a modern, airy and spacious luxury living area that creates a sense of space and brings everyone together. The navy and gold furnishings, a wooden bench breakfast table, pedal breakfast bar stools, a sofa and chairs, vintage style lights and soft furnishings all collate to give it a stylish look. The wooden bench dining table provides an ideal spot for family meals or entertaining guests. The comfortable sofa and chairs provide plenty of seating for everyone to relax after dinner or watch TV together.

Staying at The Lanterns, designated parking outside the apartment is available for ease with unloading. A total of 4 EV charging points for all apartments’ guests can be accessed using the Monto app. Guests will need to scan the QR code on the specific charging point and pay via card or ApplePay. Standard public charging rates are set by the supplier.
