As you walk through the entrance hall of this newly refurbished house, you’ll immediately notice the perfect spot for taking off shoes, hanging coats, and shaking off sand. Stepping through the glass door, the bright and airy open-plan living area will welcome you with open arms. 

The lounge area is a testament to vintage elegance, boasting two navy blue sofas that can seat up to four guests, beach-themed art, and an eclectic range of ornaments and lights. Overflow accommodation on the sofa bed is suitable for an extra two guests (preferably kids), turning this abode from a couple’s haven into a family bolthole. 

A retro-wheeled coffee table and an additional coffee table are strategically placed at either end of the room. The lounge is inclusive of a standard TV and wifi. On chilly nights, the electric wood effect fire adds an extra cosy touch. 

Around the corner, you’ll find the breakfast nook, which seats up to four guests. It’s perfect for additional seating or for keeping the chef of the family company while cooking in the kitchen. 

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with all the essentials, including a built-in oven and hob, Smeg fridge with icebox, kettle, microwave, and toaster. 

A few steps up from the open-plan kitchen and dining area, you’ll find the bedroom. This luxuriously spacious bedroom boasts a super king-size bed, plush pillows, and ample storage space in the drawer and built-in wardrobe. 

At the end of the bedroom, down a couple of steps, the en-suite tiled ally-style bathroom awaits. It features a toilet, basin, large soaking bath, and over-bath waterfall shower, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the charming Hope Cove.

Sandy Nook benefits from its prime location in the heart of Hope Cove. Across the way, Harbour Beach is on the doorstep and Mouthwell Beach is merely a stone’s throw away. Additionally, just a short stroll down the road, you will find a selection of charming village shops, pubs, and restaurants, where you can sample delicious local cuisine and indulge in some well-deserved relaxation. There is no parking, however, there is some free roadside parking around the area, alternatively, the hotel provides a cheap 24hr parking service.
