With ample wardrobe and drawer storage, this room provides plenty of space to unpack and settle in.  The second bedroom is tastefully furnished with a cosy double bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for those looking to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful Devon coastline. The drawer storage allows for easy organisation of personal belongings. Ideal for a child or a solo traveller, the third bedroom is located near the stairs and offers a charming and cosy space. This room includes a single bed and provides a unique and snug sleeping environment, perfect for peaceful respite.

Adjacent from the single bedroom is the hallway into the bathroom.  To accommodate all guests, the property offers a bright and stylish bathroom featuring an over bath shower, toilet, and sink. A separate toilet room with a washing machine and basin offers added convenience and functionality.

Residents and holiday guests have access to free parking in the square without any advance reservations.  There are 6 unallocated spaces in front of the property however, these are on a first come first serve basis. Alternatively, there is some parking on the road outside of the square or there is paid parking outside the Hope Cove Hotel – £3.40/24hr. You may park in front of the property for loading/unloading only.
